I’m Michel F. Bolle, a passionate “Valve Guy” with more than 30 years of experience across the global industrial valve industry.
Over the course of my career, I have worked across international markets, manufacturing environments, commercial leadership roles, and executive management positions. From strategic boardroom discussions to highly technical factory inspections, from complex valve applications to global business development, I have had the privilege of experiencing our industry from virtually every angle.
What continues to drive me today is simple: transforming knowledge into value, and experience into impact.
Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to inspire executives, engineers, sales organizations, technical specialists, and high performance teams to raise standards, embrace accountability, and pursue excellence. Whether through leadership, technical discussions, public speaking, writing, or mentoring, I bring energy, authenticity, and deep industry passion into everything I do.
I have also contributed regularly to the valve industry through publications such as Valve World Magazine, sharing technical expertise, market insights, and practical field experience with professionals around the world.
But at some point, I realized something important:
The valve industry has given me far more than a career. It has given me friendships, opportunities, experiences, and a global community I deeply respect.
That is why I founded with two friends VALVE VIBES, based in Switzerland, is a legal non profit organization created to support, connect, and elevate professionals across the global valve industry.
